For ten long years, I deceived myself into thinking that if I gave my all, he would eventually love me back.
Yet, that day never came.
Now, hearing this from Victoria, I could only muster a bitter smile and shake my head. “It’s impossible. He never showed any love for me. He never said a word about it. “Even if, by some miracle, it were true, why didn’t he come to me and explain?” Victoria’s smile was more painful than her tears.

“They weren’t just attacking him online. They were camping outside his company, preventing it from operating, and they even stalked his home day and night. Jasper fell into a deep depression. There were times when I had to physically stop him from jumping off a building.
